• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Ticketing, Payment, and Refunds

• All ticket purchases through Advent Connekt are final unless otherwise stated in the specific event’s refund policy.

• Event organizers are solely responsible for issuing refunds in cases of event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes.

• Advent Connekt shall not be liable for event cancellations or postponements.

• Payment processing is securely handled through third-party payment gateways; we do not store credit/debit card information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Advent Connekt’s platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and designs, is the property of Advent Connekt or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advent Connekt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Advent Connekt and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or demands arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
